RXA @ OneMagnify’s Direct Placement Fee and Guarantee


Client shall pay RXA a Direct Placement Fee for an employee employed by Client at the rate of Twenty-Five Percent (25%) of the employee’s first year’s annualized base compensation.

Should a placed employee’s employment end, for any reason, within the first three (3) months of their employment, RXA @ OneMagnify, at Client’s direction, will either (a) replace the employee at no cost or (b) refund the Direct Placement Fee as follows:

All fees are due and payable within fifteen (15) days of the Employee start date.
