Client shall pay RXA a Direct Placement Fee for an employee employed by Client at the rate of Twenty-Five Percent (25%) of the employee’s first year’s annualized base compensation.
Should a placed employee’s employment end, for any reason, within the first three (3) months of their employment, RXA, at Client’s direction, will either (a) replace the employee at no cost or (b) refund the Direct Placement Fee as follows:
All fees are due and payable within fifteen (15) days of the Employee start date.
