What You’ll Do

  • Manage client projects across all verticals, with emphasis on setting, managing and exceeding expectations
  • Manage cross-functional teams to successfully deliver client projects
  • Assist in project scoping, and goal setting
  • Project and resource planning, managing to budget
  • Creation of project plans utilizing monday.com and other tools
  • Risk management and mitigation
  • Reporting and documentation
  • Leading, organizing, and documenting QA processes
  • Tracking and reporting of specific deliverables
  • Encouragement of collaboration
  • Team and deliverable assignment based on skills, schedules, and team dynamics
  • Leading discovery, working and status meetings
  • Organizational process improvement
  • Renewal and growth of existing accounts
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Experience and Skills

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Experience and/or interest in a data science field preferred
  • Experience in a client facing role
  • Creative problem solving
